Other Details to Note

⮕ ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE ⬅ Arrival time must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance (6 hours in advance for same-day-bookings). Early check-in and late check-out can be accommodated for FREE when possible, but unfortunately, is not guaranteed. This is because of the following scenarios: 1. Impacts early check-in availability: If a guest checks out the day you arrive, we cannot guarantee they will checkout on time. 2. Impacts early check-in availability: You requested to check-in early, but there is a guest leaving the same day you arrive that already requested to check-out late. 3. Impacts early late check-out availability You requested to check-out late, but there is a guest checking in the same day you leave and they already requested to check-in early. While we do offer these services for free, there is a $50 violation fee in the following scenarios: 1. If a guest attempts to check-in early or check-out late without coming to a mutual agreement with us first 2. If a guest attempts to check-in earlier/check-out later than the mutually agreed upon time I do apologize that we cannot guarantee early check-in/late check-out, but we will do our very best to accommodate you and meet your needs! ⮕ EXPECTATIONS ⬅ Guests are expected to leave the house in same condition it was found. Tenant will be held liable for any damage or missing items. If damage is noted upon checkin please notify host(s) immediately. ⮕ PROFESSIONAL EVENTS ⬅ No professional photos or videos for advertising or profit of any kind (only with previous approval and additional fees) ⮕ DISRUPTIVE GATHERINGS ⬅ In accordance with Aribnb's Community Disturbance policy disruptive and open-invite gatherings are prohibited, regardless of size. Fees will be charged if guests are found in violation. ⮕ PETS ⬅ While the unit is pet friendly there is a max pet limit of 2. Fees will apply if going over that limit. ⮕ Extra Guests ⬅ While the house does have a couch, it is not one that converts to a bed. The house contains 3 beds to accommodate 6 guests. Thus, a 7th person is considered an additional guest and will incur a fee of $20/night because there is no designated bed for them. If it is found that more than 7 guests are staying in the unit the following fees apply: - $40 per night/per guest
